Registration

The maximum number of participants is fixed in 50 academics and 30 practitioners.

Registrations are processed on a first-come/first-served basis: first 30 academics and 15 practitioners pay the early registration fee. Others pay the full fee.

The fee includes lecture notes or slides, refreshments (coffee breaks) and lunches during two conference days. The fee will not cover hotel expenses.

Academic Members
First 30 registrations: 100 € (early registration fee - There are no spaces left)
Last 20 registrations: 150 € (There are no spaces left)
Non Academic Members
First 15 registrations: 300 € (early registration fee - There are no spaces left)
Last 15 registrations: 500 € There are 11 spaces left)

Registration Confirmation

Confirmation of registration will be sent upon receipt of the completed registration form and payment.

Cancellation and substitution policy

No refund will be possible after the payment has been made. However, another delegate can be sent in the place of the applicant that is prevented to take part in the school. Please indicate, by May 9, 2008, the name and the other necessary information about the delegate.
