How to reach Cortona
By car
From the motorway A1 (Autostrada del Sole), Exit "Valdichiana".
Just out of the motorway, take the main road Siena-Perugia, direction
Perugia.
There are three exits to Cortona:
1° CORTONA - Via Manzano
2° CORTONA - Via Lauretana (suggested)
3° CORTONA - Via S.S. n.71
Take the S.S. 71 and reach Camucia, then take the road "Strada
Provinciale Umbro-Cortonese" to Cortona and Città di Castello.
By train
Railway line: Milano-Bologna-Firenze-Roma
From Rome (km 194) or from Florence (km 122) you can reach the train
station of Terontola-Cortona, or the train station of Camucia-Cortona.
There are public autobuses to Cortona from the train station of
Terontola (11 Km) and from the train station of Camucia (5 Km).
