After reviewing results concerning the long time behaviour of the semiclassical approximation for non-relativistic quantum mechanics, we will focus on the propagation of coherent states. We will present several examples where delocalization and relocalization are present, and will consider in detail the case of the propagation near a separatrix (hyperbolic fixed point). Application to cold atom physics will be also discussed.
